Resident Portal / Management Portal / Member Login

Sterling Lake HOA uses an online management solution to orchestrate the day to day activity of the HOA.  Services listed below are provided by PAYHOA and can be accessed via the Resident login found on the top of the screen or by clicking here.  

Listed below are some of the common services that can be done via resident portal:

• Make a payment

• Setup autopay

• View Invoice 

• See upcoming HOA events (calendar)

• Access to HOA documents (declarations, meeting agendas, meeting Minutes, etc)

• ACC Request Submission / Status 

• HOA Common Area Issue - Maintenance Request 

• Respond to violations 

• Message Board 

• Respond to HOA Surveys

Architectural Control Review

All changes to the exterior of your property (front and back) must be approved by Architectural Control Committee (ACC).  We have made it very simple for you to submit a request via our online portal.  Requests are usually approved with 3 business days upon submission.  

Example of requests are:

• Painting my house - exterior 

• Landscape plantings modifications 

• Paver extensions on driveway

• Pool 

• Screened Lanai

• Weather Station Installation 

• Fence Backyard

Pool

The HOA does have a community swimming pool which is located in the front of the community by the mailboxes.  Rules for the pool are posted.  

If you need a pool key please email us at: info@sterlinglakehoa.com  NOTE:  there could be a fee associated to receiving a pool key if it was lost.
